Mum Lindsay win celebrity Style Makeover at Sanderson Arcade!

 Mum of two Lindsay Lashley is delighted with her fabulous new look after winning a celebrity style makeover at Sanderson Arcade.

33-year-old Lindsay from Ashington was the lucky winner of the Sanderson Arcade and Real Radio Catwalk Kicks Makeover competition.

She and her fellow finalists had to tell the TV stylist and make up artist Armand Beasley why they deserved a makeover.

And after hearing that she hardly ever wears make up and the last thing she bought for herself was a £4 white t-shirt Armand picked Lindsay to be whisked away for a bit of star treatment.

After an hour and a half of pampering Lindsay was revealed to Morpeth’s Saturday shoppers and her stunned husband Shaun who’d nominated her for the competition.

And Lindsay’s verdict after getting a first peep at her new look? “It’s fantastic” she said.

“I never wear make-up so it’s been so lovely to have someone to show me how to put it on and what colours to wear, i was a bit nervous at first but everyone was so lovely.

“Shaun entered me for the competition; we don’t go out very much so I very rarely get a chance to get dressed up so this has just been such a fantastic treat.”

Armand said: “We chose Lindsay because she really doesn’t spend any money at all on herself, as with so many Mums everyone else in her family comes first and she is last on the list so I really wanted to give her some star treatment.

“I went for a really smouldering look with the eye makeup and she looks fantastic.”

Lindsay’s boys Shay and Jamie, both agreed their Mum looked absolutely gorgeous!

As well as winning a restyle and makeover with a hair restyle from Jazz Hair Salon, Lindsay was also treated to a brand new outfit and accessories, a  pamper hamper full of goodies from Sanderson Arcade and a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Lily Rose and overnight stay at Linden Hall.

Lindsay’s fresh summer look: White Linen cropped trousers; Laura Ashley (£45), Printed Kaftan; Laura Ashley (£50),  Navy wedge heels; New Look (£20), Leather Bag; EAST. Lindsay’s outfit was completed beautifully with jewellery from The Jewellers Guild (necklace,  £59, watch £20, ear-rings £55 and bracelet £58) and underwear from M&S.
