Top Retailers Already Signed up For Sanderson Arcade!
As work gets underway on Morpeth's new development major High Street retailers are already signing up - creating a great tenant line up for the new look Sanderson Arcade.
The 90,000 sq ft scheme incorporates retail units from 365 sq ft in the elegant arcade to larger units up to 12,000 sq ft surrounding a central piazza. Office space is also available at first floor level.
Work has now started on the project and already these top high street names have announced they’ll be opening up for business at Morpeth’s Sanderson Arcade when the development is completed.
Marks and Spencer - with a 32,160 sq ft unit Marks and Spencer will be the the anchor tenant at Sanderson Arcade extending their offer in the town in a brand new purpose built store.
New Look – the fashion retailer will be opening a new store bringing its popular fashion lines to Morpeth shoppers over two retailing floors covering 7,500 sq ft
Laura Ashley – The retailer which is synonymous with luxury British design and style is opening a new 4,500 sq ft store at Sanderson Arcade.
Starbucks –Starbucks Coffee Company is the leading retailer, roaster and brand of specialty coffee in the world. The company is opening a 1,400 sq ft shoppers cafe in Sanderson Arcade.
Vision Express – The leading High Street optician will be opening a new 1,065 sq ft store.
02 – the mobile phone retailer O2 will be taking a 1,000 sq ft unit on the new development.
Crew Clothing – The clothing retailer takes its inspiration on all things British and offers a great range of clothes made in the best fabrics. At Sanderson Arcade the company will take a 935 sq ft unit.
The Body Shop – The manufacturer and retailer of naturally inspired and ethically produced cosmetics will be opening a new shop of 1,075 sq ft.
Country Casuals - Part of the Austin Reed Group, Country Casuals has a fantastic range of classic and elegant clothes. The company is taking 835 sq ft at Sanderson Arcade.
The Jewellers Guild - The Jewellers Guild is a family firm providing jewellery and jewellery services in Morpeth as well as Newcastle and Cramlington. The company is taking a 535 sq ft unit on the High Street in the new development.
Advanced Nutrition – Currently known as Healthi Choice and well known in the area the health food store will take a key unit in the new development fronting the High Street covering 452 sq ft.
Ladbrokes - with an existing unit in the shopping centre Ladbrokes will be relocating to a new purpose built outlet in the development covering 2,000 sq ft
Timpsons – with more than 550 stores across the UK and Ireland Timpsons offer a wide range of services including she repairs and key cutting. They’ll be taking a unit at Sanderson Arcade.
Martin’s – The independent chain of newsagents will relocate to a new 322 sq ft shop at Sanderson Arcade.
