Working With the Local Community

At Sanderson Arcade we are committed to working in partnership with the wider community. We are active members of Morpeth Chamber of Trade and support many local events including Morpeth in Bloom and the town's annual Fair Day.

In its first 18 months The Arcade's nominated charity was the Children's Foundation. The Foundation has a vision to make the health and wellbeing of children and young people in North East England the best in the UK. The Arcade raised 30,000 to purchase a piece of equipment that helps to distract children undergoing painful proceedures in hospital.

Throughout the next year we will be working with a number of smaller, local groups to help raise money to fund initiatives or purchase a piece of equipment. We are also helping to support an NSPCC project for the under ones in our region.
