Sales Advisor , Market Cross Jewellers

Hours: Part Time

We have a brilliant opportunity for a part time sales adviser at Market Cross Jewellers in Morpeth.

It is essential that applicants have prior retail experience in a similar role.

Applicants must demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, to reach individual as well as team targets and must be adaptable to change. Strong customer service and communication skills are vital for this role.

As a brand ambassador for Market Cross Jewellers, the successful candidate will be well presented and have a customer focused, can do attitude. The position will include, but not be limited to the following duties and responsibilities:

Providing a warm and welcoming customer experience from start to finish
Delivering outstanding customer service at all times to customers
Assisting customers with the selection of products and determining their needs accordingly
Meeting individual and store targets
Showing engagement, taking pride in your work at all times and actively seeking opportunities for improvement and taking responsibility for your own development
Merchandising and replenishing stock as required, whilst maintaining high shop floor standards
Performing till duties, processing card, cash and IFC transactions professionally and accurately

We are a small team so we are looking for someone who is reliable, flexible in their approach to days/hours worked, highly responsible and vigilant with regards to personal and store security.
