We’re on the lookout for a new Supervisor to join our management team.

As a Supervisor within The Morpeth Larder you will be heavily involved in and responsible for the day to day operations of running the coffee shop and deli, maintaining a high standard of service and upholding our policies and procedures.
𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱:
•Opening the store - following our start up procedures and making our famous scones
•Closing the Store- ensuring all preparation has been completed for the following day, the coffee shop has been cleaned down correctly and cashing up.
•Team Leadership
•Shift Leadership
•Very good communication skills
•Working alongside the manager to ensure that high standards are maintained at all times (customer service and food hygiene)
•Receiving and placing stock orders when required.
•Assisting with the training of new staff.
•Work extra shifts when required.
𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱:
•Preparing specialty coffees and food preparation in a very fast paced environment. Whilst ensuring all food and drinks are served to our standard.
•Taking orders professionally and accurately from the customer and delivering to tables.
•Cash Handling/operating our epos till system.
•Maintaining the cleanliness of all areas of the coffee shop/deli following our procedures.
•Showing an excellent standard of customer service at all times.
•Ability to work as part of a team.
•Excellent time keeping and well presented.
•Customer focused
