Christmas is coming early at Sanderson Arcade – and the centre team are kicking off a magical season of festive events with a very special visitor!
Shoppers will be delighted to welcome Rick Stein back to the Waterstones store at Sanderson Arcade for an exclusive book signing on Thursday 13th November at 12pm.
Rick will be signing copies of his brand-new festive release, Rick Stein’s Christmas – his very first Christmas book!
From unmissable classics to inspired new dishes, it’s filled with more than 100 recipes to take readers right through the season, from roast goose and glazed ham to mince pies and festive leftovers.
This beautiful book also reflects Rick’s cherished memories of family, friends, and the joy of celebrating Christmas together – making it the perfect festive read to cosy up with.
This is an unticketed event, so fans are encouraged to arrive early to avoid disappointment. Rick’s last visit in 2023 proved a popular event when the chef, author and broadcaster launched his Simple Suppers book.
Rick’s visit marks the start of a wonderful diary of festive events at Sanderson Arcade, as Christmas truly comes to life across the centre.
The Arcade team will be unveiling a specially commissioned festive postcard created by talented local artist Kenton Duffield, which captures the magic of the Arcade at Christmas. The postcards will be available from mid-November, coinciding with the beautiful Christmas decorations going up across the centre.
Families can also look forward to the return of Hot Chocolate with Santa at Central Bean on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd November – a heart-warming festive favourite for all ages. Tickets will be available from 1st November directly from Central Bean.
And of course, no Christmas at Sanderson Arcade would be complete without a visit from the real reindeer, returning on Sunday 14th December for a magical festive day out the whole family will enjoy.
