2 September 2019

As well as great line up of foodie fun Morpeth’s Food and Drink Festival will be showcasing some of the very best talent the region has to offer.

The live music stage returns to the 2019 festival sponsored by Morpeth Town Council and will be located at the end of Bridge Street outside The Chantry.

Over the weekend the stage will host 12 fantastic live acts, kicking off on Saturday at 10am – 5pm and Sunday from 11am – 4pm.

The stage will be placed right next to the Street Food Quarter and the Posh Pen which is the perfect location to enjoy fantastic live entertainment with a drink or some delicious food to go!

Early attendees on the Saturday will see performances from The Northern Railroad Collective, Bedlington Brass Band and Paige Temperley.

The afternoon will see the stage welcome back some Food Festival favourites such as Tenth Avenue, Voice of the Town and closing the Saturday stage Half a Robot from 4pm.

The second day of live music will kick off at 11am with Aimed Red opening the final day of the food festival followed by some exiting performances from Picnic, Rhiannon Soulsby and Callum Kewen.
