Sam Allan Estates is expanding the successful estate agency at Morpeth’s Sanderson Arcade.

 

The growing north east company, which is currently the number one letting agent in the area, has been based at the Arcade since the centre opened in November 2009.

 

They were invited to become members of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents, an organisation that invites agents to join and only has one agent in each area making Sam Allan Estates one of over 700 agents linked throughout the UK by the Guild.

 

Now the firm has extended the lease and taken on a second office in Austin House as well as the kiosk in the piazza area of the Arcade – enabling Sam to have all her team in one location and giving the company space to expand the workforce later in the year.

 

The new office space covers 565 sq ft and can be found at the first floor at Austin House just off the piazza.

 

The team at Sam Allan offer a tenant find service at competitive prices as well as a fully managed service – the expansion will allow the company to take on more clients and continue to grow.
