Hobbs Opens its Brand New Store at Sanderson Arcade !

The contemporary British designer fashion brand Hobbs is opening its newest store this Friday – at Morpeth’s Award winning Sanderson Arcade development.
It will be the fashion retailer’s first stand alone store in Northumberland and will cover 940 sq ft in a newly transformed unit along the Arcade’s gallery.
The brand new store opens to shoppers this Friday with a special launch event planned for 9.30am.
Hobbs joins the line up just one week after the award winning menswear retailer Frank Bird opened at the centre, expanding from the store’s Yorkshire roots.
Centre Manager at Sanderson Arcade, Medi Parry, said the company is delighted to be welcoming another high quality retailer to the Arcade. The Hobbs store has created 15 new jobs in the town.
Medi added: “Hobbs is a fantastic retailer and the new store will be a great addition to the Arcade, there is a real buzz in the Arcade about the opening. From the feedback we have had from our customers a classic brand like Hobbs will be very popular!”

Established in 1981, Hobbs launched its first boutique in Hampstead initially specialising in Italian crafted footwear. Now an international company with over 100 stores nationwide, with its own in-house creative design team, the brand has evolved and diversified into both clothing and accessories.
