Morpeth Farmers Market Returns This Weekend

31 May 2021

Morpeth Farmers' Market returns this Saturday (5th June), packed with fresh local produce and the usual canny traders!

From 9am-3pm shoppers can pick up delicious goodies including vegan bakes and treats from Bake for the Soul, artisan scotch eggs from the Yolker, freshly baked bread from Bread and Roses plus the usual fresh meats from Moorehouse Farm, Geordie Bangers and Ridley’s Fish and Game.

The monthly farmers market takes place the first Saturday of every month and joins various other markets organised by the Morpeth markets team including the weekly Wednesday Market and Monthly Street Food Market.

This summer the Morpeth Market team will also introduce a Northumberland Market on Saturday 17th July and a Craft Market on Saturday 21st August.

Lottie Thompson, Centre Manager of Sanderson Arcade said: “The sun is set to shine this weekend for our monthly Farmers’ Market, we are really looking forward to welcoming visitors for a fabulous day out in Morpeth!”
