Northumberland makers to showcase unique gifts at Morpeth Market Place this Saturday

Talented makers from across Northumberland will once again come together this Saturday (November 25) in Morpeth Market Place to showcase to shoppers an array of unique and beautiful gifts, stocking fillers and festive decorations.

From 9am until 3pm traders will fill the Market Place with items such as unique silver jewellery, engraved gifts, artisan soaps and natural soy wax candles.

Northern Bistro will also be on the market and provide market goers with cakes, bakes and hot drinks.
Lottie Thompson, market organiser and centre manager at Sanderson Arcade, said: “This Saturday we welcome our lovely makers again to Morpeth town centre for our final Makers Market of 2023.
Morpeth Markets are managed by Northumberland County Council and Sanderson Arcade, working in partnership with Morpeth Town Council.

“We have been delighted with the response from shoppers to these markets throughout the year showing the appetite to find something handmade and special when out shopping at the weekends.”

This Saturday shoppers can also expect to see regular favourites such as Woolly Eric knitted accessories, Lazy Loris with their dried flowers and Hot Wax with vegan candles and melts.
