SG Aesthetics expands with move to new space at Sanderson Arcade
21 July 2026
Long-term Sanderson Arcade tenant SG Aesthetics has relocated to a new, larger space within the centre.
Owned and run by aesthetic practitioner and independent nurse prescriber, Sarah Gilmour, SG Aesthetics has been a much-loved part of Sanderson Arcade for the past nine years.
The move from Owen House to Austin House was inspired by the need for more space after just under a decade of success at the centre.
Sarah began her career as a registered general nurse before moving into the aesthetics industry, working with leading providers including Harley Medical Group and Skin Clinics.
She launched SG Aesthetics in 2012 and holds a master’s degree in Non-Surgical Aesthetic Practice, graduating with distinction in 2022.
Sarah specialises in positive ageing and facial refinement, creating bespoke treatment plans tailored to each patient's individual features and aesthetic goals. The SG Aesthetics philosophy centres on achieving natural-looking results that enhance confidence while preserving authenticity.
SG Aesthetics moved to Austin House in June following continued growth since joining the centre. The new, purpose-designed space is better equipped to meet the needs of the expanding business while enhancing the patient experience.
Sarah Gilmour, founder of SG Aesthetics, said: “After nine years at Sanderson Arcade, expanding into Austin House marks a significant milestone for SG Aesthetics.
“The larger clinic provides a more comfortable and considered environment for our patients while giving the business room to continue evolving. We are very pleased to have made this investment in our future.”
Erica Malpass, Centre Manager at Sanderson Arcade, said: “SG Aesthetics has been a valued part of Sanderson Arcade for many years, and it is great to see the business continuing to grow.
“The move to Austin House provides Sarah and her team with a fantastic new space, and we are pleased to support the next stage of their development at the centre.”
