The forecast this weekend – sunshine and the Morpeth Farmers’ Market!

29 June 2021

Morpeth Farmers' Market returns this Saturday (3rd July), packed with fresh local produce and the usual canny traders!

From 9am-3pm shoppers can pick up delicious goodies including fresh locally made coffee from Luckie Beans, pies, bakes and cakes from Murphy’s Kitchen, artisan bread from Bread and Roses plus much more!

There will also be a range of handmade crafts and gift stalls including Northern Ark Plants and Wooley Eric, plus street food from the fantastic Greek trader, Phi Pie.

The monthly Farmers’ Market takes place on the first Saturday of every month and is one of various other markets organised by the Morpeth Market team including the weekly Wednesday Market and Monthly Street Food Market.

This summer the Morpeth Market team will also introduce a Northumberland Market on Saturday 17th July and a Craft Market on Saturday 21st August.

Lottie Thompson from Sanderson Arcade and the Morpeth Markets team said: “The sun is set to shine this weekend and we have a fantastic line up of local, independent traders joining the Farmers’ Market, perfect for a family-fun day outdoors!
