Zoe joins the team at Sanderson Arcade in Morpeth

Local business and marketing graduate Zoe Christopher has joined the Sanderson Arcade team – she’ll work alongside the centre manager Medi Parry as part of a graduate training programme at the centre.
Zoe, from Blyth, is 22 and graduates this summer from Northumbria University, she’s been chosen to take on the new role at the Arcade which will also involve working with other groups and stakeholders in the town on events including the Morpeth Markets.
During her placement year Zoe set up her own small jewellery business at fairs and markets across the north east as part of the four year course focusing on Business with Marketing Management.
Though she still runs the business in her spare time she’s now looking forward to developing her skills and experience with the team at Sanderson Arcade.
Zoe said: “I’m really excited to be working here at the Arcade and look forward to learning about all aspects of shopping centre management, as well as working on the markets in Morpeth and the Food and Drink Festival in October.
“Morpeth is a lovely town to work in and I’m really excited to be given the opportunity to learn new and practical skills here.”
Centre Manager Medi said: “We’re delighted that Zoe is joining us here at the Arcade through our graduate training programme. She comes with some great experience of running her own business.
“We have a busy few months ahead with the Arcade’s 5th birthday in November and of course the Food and Drink Festival coming up in October which are just some of the great projects that Zoe will have the opportunity to be involved with.”
